About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and people-oriented HR Manager to manage core HR activities, employee engagement, recruitment coordination, and institutional outreach. The candidate will play an important role in hiring, counselling candidates, building relationships with colleges and educational institutions, and supporting the company's workforce development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• •Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee-related activities.
• •Conduct candidate counselling, screening, and initial interactions.
• •Coordinate recruitment activities, interviews, onboarding, and employee documentation.
• •Build and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, and educational institutions.
• •Visit colleges and coordinate campus recruitment, career sessions, seminars, workshops, and placement-related activities.
• •Interact with students, graduates, candidates, and educational representatives.
• •Conduct career counselling and explain available job, internship, training, and career opportunities.
• •Support employee engagement and workplace initiatives.
• •Coordinate with management and different departments on HR requirements.
• •Maintain recruitment and employee records and ensure proper HR documentation.
• •Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and processes.
• •Support employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives.

Requirements

• ✓MBA in Human Resources / Human Resource Management.
• ✓2–5 years of relevant HR experience.
• ✓Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• ✓Good counselling and candidate interaction skills.
• ✓Ability to confidently interact with colleges, universities, students, and external stakeholders.
• ✓Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• ✓Professional attitude and ability to work independently.
• ✓Willingness to work on-site and travel locally for college/institution visits when required.
